We take pride in being able to provide a comprehensive benefits package to our staff to give a “peace of mind”, something much more valuable. Partnering with one of the largest brokers in southern California, we have a plan for everyone. It is important to take time off from work, therefore with the employee in mind, we put in place an aggressive Paid Time Off program. Annual leave credits accrue as follows:
1st year: 1 Week off
2nd year: 2 weeks off
5th year: 3 weeks off
